Terms of use

These terms cover Igdrasil's apps, the account service and the relay. Igdrasil is in an invitation-only alpha. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Who we are

Igdrasil ("we") makes the Igdrasil apps and runs its services, from Richmond, Texas. Contact: privacy@igdrasil.app.

What Igdrasil is

Igdrasil is software that runs on your own Mac and helps you run your life, with apps for your iPhone and Apple Watch. We provide the software, an optional account for signing in and pairing your devices, and a relay that connects your iPhone to your Mac when you are away.

Your AI provider account

Igdrasil uses an AI model through an account you hold with its provider (by default Anthropic's Claude). You are responsible for that account, its costs and its terms. We are not a party to your agreement with the provider and do not control its service.

Your data and your Mac

What Igdrasil keeps about your life stays on your Mac and belongs to you. You are responsible for your Mac, its backups, and for what you connect Igdrasil to. Igdrasil acts on your behalf — for example drafting or sending an email, or using your computer — only as you set it up and approve; review what it proposes before you approve it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at privacy@igdrasil.app if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others or the service at risk.

Acceptable use

Do not use Igdrasil to break the law, to harm or harass others, to send spam, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer our services (the relay and the account service). Do not share an invitation-only build outside the people it was meant for.

Alpha software

Igdrasil is early and changing quickly. Features may change or be removed, and things will sometimes break. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Do not rely on it for anything where a mistake or an outage could cause serious harm — medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Igdrasil is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Igdrasil in the twelve months before it (during the alpha, nothing).

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app for significant changes. You can stop using Igdrasil at any time. We may end the alpha or the service with reasonable notice where we can give it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
